The Song of Now is an invitation to step out of your head and into the present moment. By singing together without predetermined music, lyrics or expectations, we access a deeper awareness of ourselves and one another — listening, responding, and creating in real time.

Through this shared vocal exploration, we reconnect with our authentic voice and creative spirit. Each gathering is unique and alive, shaped by the people who come together. The experience can be playful or profound, joyful or tender, grounding or expansive — often all at once. It mirrors life itself and gives us creative tools for our daily lives.

What to expect

  • A welcoming, inclusive space — no previous singing experience required
  • Guided group vocal improvisation and practices
  • A sense of connection, presence, and creative flow
  • An opportunity to be fully heard, without judgement
